EM Gateway Error Out when Accountt ERA was Null (Doc ID 2219704.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.3.0.0.0 version, EM Gateway:

EM Gateway threw the below error when the value of Account ERA was null; that is, Profile Info was coming as null value in BRM, and it failed at the EM Gateway.
