Purpose
Oracle Utilities Integrations have generally always had two customization options: Pre-Transformation and Post-Transformation Extension Points, and Custom/Override Transformations. Product Development has offered a third option, Customizable Scopes, which can be found in several composites across the various integrations.
Scope
Customizable Scopes are available in Service Order Management composites (for MWM and CCB), along with newly updated composites in CCB-EBS, CCB-PS, NMS-MWM, CCB-NMS, and CCB-MDM. When attempting to utilize the Customizable Scopes, please check the BPEL source for “customizable=‘true’”. This is the indicator that you can use this new customization approach.
