Generic System Error When Attempting to Create New Users, Open User Properties or Open User Preferences After Installation of Unifier Project Controls

NOTE: This Knowledge Article is valid for Unifier versions and later.

After installing Unifier and installing the Project Controls SKU (Stock Keeping Units), a generic system error is displayed when trying to access any of the following:

"The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems".

The following errors may be seen in the Unifier.log file:
