Running Global Replace Shows Busy Cursor and Does Not Work (Doc ID 2220394.1)

Symptoms

After clicking Global Replace in Java Client, the cursor shows busy cursor and the operation does not complete.

There is no error message in the Java Client UI. After enabling Java console log, below stack trace can be seen:

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Java Client as admin user
2. Goto Admin tab
3. Click Global Replace
