Socket Connection Errors in RevAppserver.log (Doc ID 2220428.1)

Symptoms

 On a new installation or on cloning an environment, there are errors that appear in the RevAppserver.log, after starting OFSAA services.

These errors are repetitive, and appear for successive connection numbers.

There may be no effect in the UI, i.e, all screens are visible and batches can be executed normally.
