ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Item Simulation Set Entered Safety Stock Values Are Not Honored When User Specified Safety Stock Quantity Is Collected

Additional information :

----------------------------

Issue occurs only when the item was collected with Safety Stock as Non-MRP Planned % having User Specified Safety Stock Quantity values ;

Two possible scenarios :

a) If the values entered in the Simulation Set are higher than the ones collected then the ones from the Simulation Set are used ; --- good results

or

b) If the values entered in the Simulation Set are lower than the ones collected then the ones collected are used ; --- unexpected results

The expectation is to prioritize the Item Mass Maintenance ( Simulation Set) modification over the SS from collection, regardless of the quantities entered;

In other words if an IMM modification exists this should be used as the SS value and if there is not an IMM modification, the SS from the collection should be used.
