Transaction Authorizations not inherited from Product when Plan is added to Group Customer Agreement .

 Transaction should be available on the Case/Application.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Transactions are configured on a Product Level.
2. New Group Customer is added and Products are added to the Agreement.
3. Plan is added to the Agreement using the Product.
4. Eligibility is established and a member is enrolled.
5. The case/application does not show any transactions available, though there are transactions configured on the Product.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use configured transactions.
