FTP Process Crashes the Server and Fails Without Errors (Doc ID 2220893.1)

Symptoms

On FTP 6.1.0.1, FTP process crashes the server when the process is executed for the CASA & Ledger Stat Instrument table.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

FTP Process crashed the server when the process is executed for CASA & Ledger Stat Instrument table. This happens only when the process is run for one entity. For another entity, it just runs fine. When run there is no particular error when running command line. Process just crashes:

After this, the server is unreachable.

The FTP debug log just ends abruptly without updating tables:
