Symptoms


The Global Overlaps From and To  date/time fields are not populating.


Within a switch sheet, the Switching Overlaps is selected from the Tools menu.
The Global Overlaps panel displays and an exception is thrown in the client log file

The From: and To: date selectors are not populated but should be.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select Tools->Switching Overlaps
2. Global Overlaps panel displays
3. Select an option from the Range picklist
4. Select the refresh icon.
