After fixing a DB Connectivity issue (changes on listener.ora and tnsnames.ora), not longer able to run LSH jobs that were working fine before.
Similar to <NOTE:2124700.1> "Error In CDR_on_logon: User Does Not Have Access", but that patch is already applied:
