ISSUE CLARIFICATION

On Oracle Healthcare Master Person Index (OHMPI) 2.0.9 version,

On 6th November, there has been a power outage, causing the servers hosting OHMPI
application to go down. After restarting the environment, when accessing the Master Index
Data Management UI, under "Dashboards" tab is listed the following error message:

The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Login to Master Index Data Management UI.
2. Go to "Duplicate Records" tab.
3. Perform a search for duplicates during the time frame after the power outage occurred
    (e.g. 7th-11th November).
