Unable to Reopen the Task Associated With Gateway Event With Reopen Checked. (Doc ID 2221243.1)

Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, Work Management

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

When the user tries to supplement correct the order that has a completed task which has a gateway event associated to it and the Force Reopen option is checked, the application does not reopen the task automatically.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The task and the GWE should re-open (go to 'Pending') automatically when the GWE has 'Force Re-open' checked.

STEPS
-----------------------
1 Make a new GWE and make  "Force Reopen"   option checked.
2 Make a new Prov-plan and attach the GWE with the first task ,say APP task.
3.Make a new PSR and attach Prov-paln to it .
4 Open the Work Q.
5 By pass the GWE and Complete the APP task on which GWE was there.
6 Supp the order(Supp=4 OR 1 ).
7 Hit Process Supplement.
8 Notice the APP has been completed and its giving us an option to re-open this task in the task maintenance window. But this is a manual process.
9  Hit Apply and OK.
10 Search the order again.Notice that the order has been supped but APP task does not re-open automatically. Its still in "Complete" status..
