Encountering below error while running the msconfig command with a recipe when base.tmpdir directory does not already exist:

/gcs/app/mail/msg/config/recipes$ msconfig run STORE.rcp
Configure an 'STORE' system (includes STORE and MTA)
Error executing recipe: Error setting option base.tmpdir in set_options: A property of the specified file or directory is incorrect for the option (-24)
