Collections Center Displayed Incorrect Number of Tasks

Symptoms
On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, Collections Manager
Collections Center displayed incorrect number of tasks and mis-matched with Preferences configuration.
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
1) Message - 'Listing 500 of 941 tasks'
Incorrect values for number of tasks and total number of tasks are populated.
Though only 21 tasks displayed in Collections Center, the number of tasks mentioned in message is 500
Though total tasks for agent on 31st Aug are 58, the message mentions about 941 tasks
2) Collections Center displayed only 21 rows for tasks.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

1) Message - 'Listing 21 of 58 tasks'
2) Collections Center should display all 58 rows for tasks
STEPS
-----------------------
1) Open Collections Center, click on 'Agents Task List' tab
2) Select any Agent from drop down list and chose 'To' date (for example - 31st Aug), so that all due tasks till specified date will be displayed
3) Populate '500' in 'Agents Task List' - Preferences configuration
Preferences Configuration to display selected number of tasks:
1) Open Collections Center and click on : Edit -> Preferences -> Collections Center
2) Populate value in 'Agents Task List' field
