When attempting to login to Team Member, circle with three dots appears and keeps spinning. The login does not complete.
The following error is visible in the P6WebAccess.html log:
SEVERE: Failed to load tasks with filter -activeAndCompleted
tm_load_activities_error$@#The session (id=61D0A4A0E028C0F1A2F061D4E3753173)
is invalid or has timed out.
Caused by: java.util.NoSuchElementException: The session
(id=61D0A4A0E028C0F1A2F061D4E3753173) is invalid or has timed out.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Attempt to login to Team Member.
2. Observe reported symptom and error in the P6WebAccess.html log.
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot work on Team Member.
