Team Member Hangs And P6WebAccess.html Shows Error "The session (id=xxxxxx) is invalid or has timed out" (Doc ID 2222111.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to login to Team Member, circle with three dots appears and keeps spinning.  The login does not complete.

The following error is visible in the P6WebAccess.html log:

ERROR

com.oracle.pgbu.rest.resources.teammember.TeamMemberResource handleException
SEVERE: Failed to load tasks with filter -activeAndCompleted

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Attempt to login to Team Member.

2.  Observe reported symptom and error in the P6WebAccess.html log.
