Oracle Docupresentmen (IDS) Watchdog Server Service Does Not Start On Windows Server 2012 R2 - 64bit (Doc ID 2222127.1)

On : 12.5 version, Docupresentment

The IDS Watchdog Server service does not start on Windows server 2012 R2 - 64bit.

Rebooting the Server by disabling the Service and then trying to restart did not start the Service.

The Windows Services shows the following popup error:
"The Oracle Docupresentment Watchdog Server service on Local Computer started and then stopped. Some services stop automatically if they are not in use by other services or programs."

The error below was found numerous times in the log file:
