RTV From SIM Causing Errors On RMS Because ID Already Exists (Doc ID 2222202.1)

Symptoms

Store Inventory Management (SIM) is publishing return to vendor (RTV) messages and the messages are flowing to Retail Merchandising System (RMS) through Retail Integration Bus (RIB).

If in RMS already exists another RTV with the same ID the following errors occur in RIB_MESSAGE (RMS):

 
RMS is not generating a new ID sequence when integrating the message.

 
       1. Create a RTV on RMS
       2. Create a RTV on SIM and let it be published. (Should be the same ID as previous RTV created on RMS)
       3. Find in RIB_MESSAGE (RMS) the RTV with one of the above errors.
