Error In Status IP In Pending (Doc ID 2222359.1)

On : 6.2.1 version, PSR

The host IP address is stuck in Pending status when the service item having the IP is deleted from the PSR. This is seen from MSS GUI as well as API.


The IP address should not be in a pending state.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.- create a psr
2.- add ítem for assign ip
3.- assign IP
4.- delete Item with IP 

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use IP assign .
