Symptoms

On : 6.2.1 version, PSR

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The host <IPADDRESS> is stuck in Pending status when the service item having the IP is deleted from the PSR. This is seen from MSS GUI as well as API.



EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------

The <IPADDRESS> should not be in a pending state.
