Symptoms
MSS 6.2.1 LERG
The LERG loading process is very slow. Attempting to load all 50 states takes approximately 6 days to complete from start to finish.
Recreation Steps
1. Open MetaSolv Solution Location and Routing Gateway (lerg.exe) client application
2. Click the Configure button on the primary tool bar
3. On the File Configurations tab, browse and select the source directory for the LERG data files
4. Click the Import Location and Routing Gateway Files tab
5. Click the Select All check-box to select all 50 states and the District of Columbia
6. Click the Load State(s) button on secondary tool bar
Business Impact
Due to this issue, it takes a significant amount of time to load the LERG data.
