BRM Uses Cancelled Product to Rate Usage Created After the Cancellation

On : version, Rating

Both productA and productB are picked up as "Qualified products", even though productA was purchased as inactive. Due to this, BRM intermittently picks product A or product B for rating.

BRM is intermittently using either product A or product B to rate the usage.

The usage should be rated using product B.

On Day1:
- cancelled product A on a service
- set service to inactive
- purchased product B as INACTIVE on the same service
- purchased product C as ACTIVE on the same service
- moved 2 days
On Day3:
- loaded usages in the same service
