Symptoms

When utilizing Transport Layer Security (TLS) 1.1 or TLS 1.2 Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protocol for a Hypertext Transfer Protocol Secure (HTTPS) connection, P6 Professional (using CloudConnect) fails to establish a connection to the database while running the Database Configuration Wizard and the following error is received:

Bad alias/connection name.
