On : 12.2.5.1 version, MICC Transfer to TSC

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

After upgrade to 12.2.5.1, add customer to item method using workflow adds # and number to t_ep_item.item.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The items column in the t_ep_items table should not be altered
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Open a worksheet with a n item
2. Invoke the method " Add new customer" by right click
3.Run it

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, the data gets corrupted
