Slowness/Timeouts When Agents Process Orders In CSC

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When an Agent tries to return/process/clone an order in CSC, sometimes the operation takes really long to execute and at some point it times-out. The problem might persist even with an increase to the timeout time.
In the CSC server logs the following exception is thrown:
