Customer Information Missing In The ECE Cache (Doc ID 2223435.1)

Symptoms

On :  ECE 11.2.0.8.0 version, Rating business logic

You see an account exists in the cache and no more present in the cache on next day. Observed below error in coherence  log

Assigned %n1 orphaned primary partitions
%n1 - the number of orphaned primary partitions that were re-assigned.
Severity: 2-Warning.
Cause: This service member (the most senior storage-enabled) has detected
that one or more partitions have no primary owner (orphaned), most likely due
to several nodes leaving the service simultaneously. The remaining service
members agree on the partition ownership, after which the storage-senior
assigns the orphaned partitions to itself. This message is followed by a list
of the assigned orphan partitions. This message indicates that data in the
corresponding partitions may have been lost.
Action: None.


On another customer production system, similar symptoms were observed and below error was seen :
