Assigned %n1 orphaned primary partitions
%n1 - the number of orphaned primary partitions that were re-assigned.
Severity: 2-Warning.
Cause: This service member (the most senior storage-enabled) has detected
that one or more partitions have no primary owner (orphaned), most likely due
to several nodes leaving the service simultaneously. The remaining service
members agree on the partition ownership, after which the storage-senior
assigns the orphaned partitions to itself. This message is followed by a list
of the assigned orphan partitions. This message indicates that data in the
corresponding partitions may have been lost.
Action: None.

On another customer production system, similar symptoms were observed and below error was seen :

2016-12-05 16:21:29.219 WAT ERROR - - - - Oracle Coherence (thread=Cluster, member=1): This node appears to have partially lost connectivity: it receives responses from MemberSet(Size=2, ids=[3, 17]) which communicate with Member(Id=7, Timestamp=2016-11-16 05:41:58.845, Address=, MachineId=, Location=site:,machine:,process:29908,member:ecs8, Role=OracleChargingLauncher, PublisherSuccessRate=0.996, ReceiverSuccessRate=0.9998, PauseRate=8.0E-4, Threshold=64, Paused=true, Deferring=true, OutstandingPackets=1, DeferredPackets=118, ReadyPackets=0, LastIn=30117ms, LastOut=5ms, LastSlow=n/a), but is not responding directly to this member; that could mean that either requests are not coming out or responses are not coming in; marking this member as suspect.
