Symptoms
On all versions of Oracle Communications Network Charging and Control (OCNCC or NCC), when using the "Find" functionality in the Service Management System (SMS) screens with the CHANGE_DATE as an input parameter, the following exception is thrown:
This is a generic problem which exists for all screens where you can do this Find operation.
