Alert messages are randomly showed up under Alert Queue for different dispatchers. We could not figure out the logic of who will get the alert. The alert could be with someone who's not logged into MWM or someone who is away from their desk.
This is getting critical as alerts Emergency Activities aren't being acknowledged within 3 minutes or missed time windows are not caught by the dispatchers until it's too late.
How does MWM determine who gets the alert message?
How can we set it up so alert message can be displayed for all logged-in dispatchers?
