Symptoms
12.1.3.9.2 on multiple EBS sources connected to a single APS destination
PROBLEM
-------------
Supplier Site name is not populated when releasing reqs to PO.
This causes Create Release process to fail for items that have blanket PO
STEPS
--------
Run plan
Set profile MSC: Retain Released data - Yes
Release planned order to create Req for item that has Blanket PO
-- see that release is not created
KEY POINTS
1 They have 3 EBS source instances
2. AND ALSO This only happens when they have common supplier shared between 2 different EBS source instances.
3. We can see that interface table no longer has column SUGGESTED_VENDOR_SITE populated
- this was working fine before upgrade to 12.1.3.9.2
