On Oracle Utilities Smart Grid Gateway when deploying MDF a JCA deployment validation error occurs.

Error Message

oracle.fabric.common.FabricException: Deployment Failed: Error while validating JCA Reference Binding meta data during composite deployment. : JCA deployment validation errors for 'Adapters/WriteDRFileReference_file.jca'

Steps to Reproduce

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Configure SOA for SGG per SGG installation guide
2. Complete Step 2 on page 7-9 of SGG Installation Guide; Deploy soa_MDF.xml: ant -buildfile deploy-soa_MDF.xml -Dserver.user="<LOGIN>" -Dserver.password="<PASSWORD>
3. See error: [deployComposite] ---->response code=500, error:There was an error deploying the composite on <SOA_SERVER_NAME>: Deployment Failed: Error while validating JCA Reference Binding meta data during composite deployment. : JCA deployment validation errors for 'Adapters/WriteDRFileReference_file.jca'
