AMR_CU_METERS_HISTORY database table is missing an index on the meter_id column causing Trouble Info "AMR History..." performance issues.
After an index was placed on the amr_cu_meters_history.meter_id column performance was greatly improved for AMR History pulls.
Queries should take at most seconds, not the minutes that were seen, to complete.
1. On an environment with a 200,000+ rows in AMR_CU_METERS_HISTORY open Trouble Info AMR History, note that it takes minutes to populate.
