On :  7.5.0.15.0 version, Taxation with Vertex Sales Tax Q series 4.1

BRM missed the tax for the city when a tiered taxing rule has been applied for this city.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Vertex returned additional tax information for some jurisdictions, but the BRM OOB did not capture this information. The return flist from dm_vertex (input flist to pcm_op_rate_pol_post_tax or output flist of pcm_op_rate_pol_pre_tax) in this case did not include the tax information array for this additional tax. The PIN_FLD_SUB_TOTAl under PIN_FLD_TAXES array was missing the tax information of any additional tax information returned by Vertex.
