Symptoms

Single action only when modifying Data Set within a Data Definition
 
ERROR
-----------------------

Through the User Interface: The system could not process your request Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Written to the Unifier Log files:
/sys/custom/action.xml:958: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: ORA-00001: unique constraint (UNIFIER.SYS_DATA_OPTION_UNIQUE) violated

at com.skire.form.taskdefs.ModelUtilTask.execute(ModelUtilTask.java:566)
at com.skire.webant.WebTask.perform(WebTask.java:93)

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into Unifier
2. Open and edit one Basic Data Definition that has a Data Set
3. Add a line item row to the Data Set
4 . Sort on the Label column
5. Click on the Apply button
6. Notice that the generic system error will be thrown: The system could not process your request Logging in again may help in some cases. Contact your System Administrator if you are still having problems.

Due to this issue, users cannot take multiple actions at one editing PD data sets
