Empty Tables After Upgrade

Information in this document applies to any platform.
After running upgrade process to CC&B v2.3.1 or higher, these two tables are empty, so Inventory pages show no data.
SELECT * FROM CI_ITEM_STK_LOC;
select * from CI_MTR_STK_LOC;
