ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Design Studio 7.3.0.v201506161341-b46 taking 3+ hours for clean and build cartridges,even for subsequent builds. Using previous DS 7.2.2, clean & build used to be complete within 10 minutes. In DS 7.2.2, less time was required for subsequent build as it was not complete build. But, in DS 7.3, we have observed that even for subsequent build, it is complete build same as that of 1st time build.
