nms-lighttpd Failed to Start After Updating to or on AIX (Doc ID 2224909.1)

After installing patch or on an AIX system, nms-lighttpd failed to start.

The lighttpd log has this information:

/home/nmsadmin/nms/product/ start - parameters: start
Fri Jan 13 09:38:46 EETDT 2017
Using port 8888 from ces_parameters WEB_mapHttpdPort
Using default host

WARNING: Unrestricted access, no WEB_mapHttpdAllowedIPs entry in ces_parameters
Starting lighttpd with /home/nmsadmin/etc/lighttpd.conf config file - port=8888
exec(): 0509-036 Cannot load program /home/nmsadmin/nms/product/ because of the fo
llowing errors:
  0509-130 Symbol resolution failed for lighttpd because:
  0509-136 Symbol log_clock_gettime_realtime (number 143) is not exported from
  dependent module /home/nmsadmin/nms/product/
  0509-136 Symbol chunkqueue_set_tempdirs_default (number 146) is not exported from
  dependent module /home/nmsadmin/nms/product/


 Patch or was just installed.
