Match Strategy Creation Doesn't Work Properly in Spanish (Doc ID 2224958.1)

Symptoms


Using the application in Spanish, the Match Strategy Creation screen doesn't work as the dropdown lists do not contain any values.


Steps to Reproduce:
1. Change session language to Spanish.
2. Attempt to create a new match strategy in Spanish.
3. The "Nivel de confrontacion" field contains no data in the dropdown list.
4. In English, that same field is named "Match Level" and users have the option to choose what they want from the dropdown list.
