MWM Activities that is assigned to crew will not dispatch
An activity that is assigned to a crew shift will not dispatch. It remains in being scheduled status. The dispatcher attempts to right click on the activity to manually dispatch and received an error message that the web server did not respond correctly message followed by a http 500 message.
The M1-CLMDT batch logs indicate that the RSI was purged. The parameters of the batch are set to 1 day as suggested during original configuration of the application.
What should be done to get this activity to dispatch and also prevent this from occurring again?
