Lost Site Admin Account Access To Unifier After SSO Implementation

After successfully implemented SSO with OIM/OAM for Unifier, it has been noticed that the Site Admin account "Administrator" can no longer access Unifier, and customer cannot provision "Administrator" as a LDAP user.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.  Implement the SSO with OIM/OAM for Unifier
2.  Try to log in as Administrator (Site Administrator)
3.  Unable to log in, issue received.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot log in as Administrator anymore.
