Incorrect percentage value is calculated for measure with "percentage" style in Alert Maintenance.  When user inserted values equal to the NA value of writable measures with defined style "Percentage" in a workbook, the calculated value is different from the user inserted value.

For example: assume that there is a measure with style "Percentage" and NA value 50.  In a workbook, if the user inserts 50 in the measure field, then after pressing calculate, the calculated value is "5,000%" instead of "50%".  All other values (ex. 20, 41, 60) are calculated correctly (20%, 41%, 60%).  The same applies for measures with NA value 100.  If the user inserts "100", the calculated value is "10,000%" instead of "100%". The only way to overcome this, is by entering "50." or "100."
