Goal

Opcode PCM_OP_PYMT_TOPUP is invoked when voucher topup is performed. As per the input attributes of PCM_OP_PYMT_TOPUP, it needs both serial number and PIN.
Is there a possibility that in the input of the voucher topup using PCM_OP_PYMT_TOPUP , only PIN can be provided?
