APS Login Issue - Getting Blank Page With Demantra Responsibility

We are refreshing SUP instance every week from PROD. After refresh, we are making USER_GUID as NULL in SUP instance.
But after each clone, we are getting blank page while trying to login APS application. This is happening only with Demantra Users for whom we assigned the Demantra responsibility - Sales and Operations Planning System Administrator.
Once we end dated Demantra responsibility they are able to access APS main page.
When FND_USER.USER_GUID is NULL, it is supposed sync with oid and get the new user Guid and update the column in table. But here we are getting the blank page while trying to login to applications.When we update the FND_USER.USER_GUID manually then we are able to login into the application.
