Demotion Approvers Removal: Retain Will Remove Reviewers on Released Status (Doc ID 2225692.1)

Actual Behavior
Smart Rule : Demotion Approvers Removal is set to Retain. However, when ad hoc reviewers are set to Review status
and Released status and the status process from Review status from Pending status, Review status shows reviewer but
Released status is removed.

Expected Behavior
Smart Rule : Demotion Approvers Removal is set to Retain, when ad hoc reviewers are set to Review status and Released status
and the status process from Review status from Pending status, Review and Released status should
show reviewer without getting removed.

Steps

1. Login to Java Client and set Smart Rule : Demotion Approvers Removal to Retain
2. Create ECO : C00212. On workflow tab, press Add Reviewers button and add CCB and Released status approver : admin
3. Progress workflow status to CCB
4. Go back to Pending status
5. CCB status shows reviewer : admin but Released status shows no reviewer
6. Go back to Submitted status
7. CCB status shows reviewer : admin but Released status shows no reviewer
