Database Configuration Fails After EPPM to PPM Schema Migration (Doc ID 2225960.1)

After migrating an EPPM schema to a PPM schema, configuring a connection to the new database in P6 Professional fails with the following error:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch the schema-migration tool (ex. <P6 EPPM version>\p6suite\database\migrate.bat).
2. Copy data from an EPPM schema to a PPM schema.
3. After the process completes, configure the connection from the P6 Pro application to the new database.
4. Configuration fails with the reported error.
