P6 Professional Migrate.bat Tool Ignores 'Row Batch Size to Commit' Value, Uses Default of 1000 (Doc ID 2225968.1)

When migrating a database to a new schema using the migrate.bat tool from the P6 Professional (PPM) installation media, changing the Row batch size to commit value does not appear to have any effect.  For example, setting it to 50000 utilizes the default 1000 commit size, as shown in the migration log:

The P6 Professional migrate.bat tool should use the altered batch commit value instead of continuing to use the default.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Use the PPM migrate.bat utility to migrate a database to a new schema.
2. Modify the value for the Row batch size to commit when prompted.
3. Observe in the log file that increments of 1000 are committed instead of the custom selection.
