Unable to Apply snapshot label on older data currency on LSH View. They are able to apply labels only for latest currency. Also if table instance is used instead of view, they are able to apply label on older currency without any issue.

Customer is expecting to apply snapshot label on older data currency on LSH view.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Create Application area named "snapshot issue"
2. create Work Area, for example "src_wa"
3. Create loadset, i.e., "LS_AE_SRC"
4. Create table descriptor using your .mdd file. It will be called AE_SRC table in this example.
5. Install the loadset
6. Run the loadset using <YourFilename>.csv
7. Go to "src_wa" and apply the snapshot label "<LABEL_NAME>" on "AE_SRC" table
8. Run "LS_AE_SRC" again by providing AE_NEW.csv. This basically create two data currency on the source
8. Create new workarea named "view_wa"
9. Create View program named "AE_VIEW"
10. Add "AE_SRC" as table descriptor
11. add "select * from ae_src" as source code
12. Install the view program.
13. Run apply_label.sql by providing all argument. This basically attempt apply snapshot on the first data currency which is loaded in step 6.
