Installation Fails While Deploying with Sim-Server Deployment Due to 'Weblogic.Application.ModuleException' (Doc ID 2226262.1)

Goal

While installing Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM) version 16.0, by running the installer, the build keeps failing while deploying the sim-server deployment, due to the 'weblogic.application.ModuleException: javax.ejb.NoSuchEJBException' exception.

ERROR 1: Deployment Message : weblogic.application.ModuleException: javax.ejb.NoSuchEJBException: [EJB:011148]Singleton MpsCoordinatorTimerBean(Application: sim-server, EJBComponent: sim-server-ejb.jar) not initialized as Singleton ServerBootstrapBean(Application: sim-server, EJBComponent: sim-server-ejb.jar) from the DependsOn transitive, closure failed initialization.
