RIHA "Message Viewer" Tab Does Not Display Messages (Doc ID 2226466.1)

Symptoms

On RIHA the Message Viewer tab does not display messages.


Steps to Reproduce
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to RIHA
2. Select a message
3. Check “Load Message Details on Selection” Option
4. The “Message Viewer” tab gets activated.
5. Switch to the Message Viewer tab.
6. No message detail gets displayed.

Note: If you switch back to “Hospital Record Details” tab and revisit the “Message Viewer” tab you can see the message in Full Tree View.
