All RUMs Failed in Transformation to ECE and BRM

Symptoms
On : 11.1.0.8.0 version, User Interface
After some changes made in the service-event-map (ex: delete rum, change rum expression, etc), the PDC showed errors on the validation about the transformation of all rums, not only the changed ones.
ERROR

The Following pricing components are invalid. Select a component to begin fixing the errors.
The Referenced Business Configuration Object xxx has failed in the transformation for "ECE".

(all the objects are listed as failed)

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Specify the service/event/RUM combination, select "Last Bill Total"
2. Removing RUM "Last Bill Total"
3. Save => It gives Validation Error as above
Workaround
-----------------------
4. Edit RUM, ex. on Rounding
5. Save
6. Validation Successful
7. Submit
