Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

On : 7.5.0.16.0 version, Core Billing

After applying the Patch set 7.5 PS16, some of the charges ( Monthly Cycle forward charges) are not included in the bill. The bill is not generated immediately. Instead the account is first made inactive, suppressed for 2 months and then moved to 'Closed' status. On the next DOM the account is billed. The bill doesn't include the MCF charges applied during the inactive stage but contains only the penalty charges applied during the closure of the account.

The bill to include the MCF charges + Penalty charges in the April 1.

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
The bill includes only the penalty charges.
