'Item Has Not Been Configured to Support UINs' Error Message Incorrectly Received

In Oracle Retail Store Inventory Management (SIM), when the user is trying to print an item ticket for a Unique Identification Number (UIN) that is not Auto Generated Serial Number (AGSN) format, the following error message is received:
Steps to Recreate:
1. From the 'SIM Login' screen, Print > Item Ticket Batch > Create.
2. On the 'Item' field, enter an item whose UINs are not an AGSN format.
3. Click on 'Select UIN' button.
SIM displays the following error message "The Item has not been configured to support UINs".
