Symptoms

On : 2.5.0.2.0 version, BI - Billing

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Batchjob logs are not created in Windows environments.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Batch logs are created when batches are submitted.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Set the parameter BATCH_ONLINE_LOG_DIR according to the the standard documentation
2. Run any batch
3. Check the specified location from BATCH_ONLINE_LOG_DIR parameter

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
In the absence of log files batches cannot be properly monitored.
